What to Expect in Class ?
Kids No-Gi Jiu-Jitsu classes at ATT Atlanta focus on movement, balance, and body awareness. Students start with warm-ups that build agility before drilling takedowns, transitions, and submissions. Without the traditional Gi, kids learn to control opponents using leverage, positioning, and grips based on timing and technique. Wrestling and judo elements are woven into every class, improving athletic ability and confidence in real-world situations.

Class Structure
- Class Length: 60 minutes
- Age Group: 4 and up
- Format: Warm-up → Technique → Partner Drills → Controlled Live Sparring
- Recommended Attendance: 2–3 sessions per week for consistent progress
- Attire: Rash guard and shorts (No Gi required)
