Before your first BJJ class, wear comfortable athletic attire, bring water, and arrive with an open mind ready to learn fundamental techniques and etiquette.

Our classes typically run for 60 to 90 minutes, consisting of warm-ups, technique instruction, drilling, and live sparring.

BJJ classes can burn approximately 500 to 800 calories per hour, depending on factors like intensity and individual body composition.
