What to Expect in Class ?

Each Kids Muay Thai class begins with a warm-up that builds agility, coordination, and balance before moving into striking drills and pad work. Students practice punches, kicks, elbows, and knees while learning how to defend through blocks, checks, and movement.

Coaches integrate boxing and footwork to develop timing, distance, and control. Every class ends with controlled rounds that reinforce offense, defense, and confidence — creating well-rounded young martial artists.
