What to Expect in Class ?
Each Kids BJJ class at American Top Team Atlanta follows a structured format that keeps students engaged and constantly improving. Classes start with a warm-up focused on agility and coordination before moving into technical drills that build precision and control. Students then practice techniques with partners and apply what they’ve learned through controlled live sparring.
