Roan “Jucão” Carneiro is the head Coach of American Top Team Atlanta. He is a world renowned coach as well as a competitor at the highest levels. As a coach, he has a track record of success, leading his students to consistent dominance within their respective divisions. Jucao and his students are represented winning fights in ONE-FC, BELLATOR, and UFC just to name a few. As a competitor, he has had 6 fights in the UFC, is the current BATTLEGROUNDS MMA welter weight champion, in addition to being the 2014 NO GI IBJJF world champion. Jucao recently returned to the UFC with a dominant submission in UFC 184. Here at American Top Team Atlanta, Jucao teaches Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Mixed Martial Arts, and no gi grappling.
Jake JoNo Gi Jiu Jitsu/Kickboxing Coach
Jake Jo is a black belt in Brazilian Ji Jistu (BJJ) under Roan Jucao. He has a proficient grappling background in catch wrestling and is know for his leg locks on the mat. Here at American Top Team Atlanta he teaches BJJ,.cardio kickboxing, and No Gi jiu jitsu.

Devorious Tubbs is a professional fighter holding a 2-0 MMA record and a 4-1 record in Muay Thai after a perfect amateur record of 2-0 in MMA and 17-0 Muay Thai. Tubbs is a 2X World Muay Thai IKF Champion and was ranked #1 in the world by IKF as an amateur turning pro.
Tubbs has trained since he was in 6th grade, 11 years of which dedicated to Muay Thai and has been competing as a mixed martial artist since 2008.

Mike Galitello is a pro MMA fighter and Bellator veteran. He was a 2 time amateur MMA Champion with an 8-0 record. Mike is a BJJ black belt under professor Roan Carneiro and was the 2018 Brown Belt IBJJF No Gi world champion, 2015 IBJJF No Gi World Champion at purple belt after winning Bronze at Blue in 2013. Mike teaches cardio kickboxing during the week and MMA on Saturday mornings.
Marshall MarrotteBeginner's Jiu Jitsu Coach
After searching for a more interesting way to stay fit, Marshall began training Brazilian jiu jitsu at age 40. In addition to the health and fitness benefits, he quickly developed a passion for the technical aspects of BJJ. Marshall’s belief is that the grappling arts can be practiced by anyone, regardless of age, athletic ability or initial fitness level. He earned his black belt from Roan “Jucao” Carneiro at age 48 and is proud to be the BJJ Fundamentals instructor at ATT
