Roan “Jucão” Carneiro is the head Coach of American Top Team Atlanta and is currently fighting in the UFC. He is a world renowned coach as well as a competitor at the highest levels. As a coach, he has a track record of success, leading his students to consistent dominance within their respective divisions. Jucao and his students are represented winning fights in ONE-FC, BELLATOR, and UFC just to name a few. As a competitor, he has had 6 fights in the UFC, is the current BATTLEGROUNDS MMA welter weight champion, in addition to being the 2014 NO GI IBJJF world champion. Jucao recently returned to the UFC with a dominant submission in UFC 184. Here at American Top Team Atlanta, Jucao teaches Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Mixed Martial Arts, and no gi grappling.

Jake JoNo Gi Jiu Jitsu/Kickboxing Coach
Jake Jo is a brown belt in Brazilian Ji Jistu (BJJ) under Roan Jucao. He has a proficient grappling background in catch wrestling and is know for his leg locks on the mat. Here at American Top Team Atlanta he teaches Beginner BJJ, Fitness Kickboxing, and no gi style grappling.
Teddy White
Teddy WhiteKid's Jiu Jitsu Coach
Teddy White is an accomplished martial artist, holding a black belt in Tae Kwon Do and Hapshido, a brown belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and has trained Muay Thai and Judo for nearly 20 years.

For the past 30 years as a martial arts instructor, Teddy uses methods of teaching that are both extremely technical and fun. He believes that you get what you put in and if you work hard, you get results. He has three simple rules to live by: 1.) Listen 2.) Learn 3.) Just do it.

Devorious Tubbs

Devorious Tubbs is a professional fighter holding a 2-0 MMA record and a 4-1 record in Muay Thai after a perfect amateur record of 2-0 in MMA and 17-0 Muay Thai. Tubbs is a 2X World Muay Thai IKF Champion and was ranked #1 in the world by IKF as an amateur turning pro.

Tubbs has trained since he was in 6th grade, 11 years of which dedicated to Muay Thai and has been competing as a mixed martial artist since 2008.

Marshall Marrotte

After searching for a more interesting way to stay fit, Marshall began training Brazilian jiu jitsu at age 40. In addition to the health and fitness benefits, he quickly developed a passion for the technical aspects of BJJ. Marshall’s belief is that the grappling arts can be practiced by anyone, regardless of age, athletic ability or initial fitness level. He earned his brown belt from Roan “Jucao” Carneiro at age 47 and is proud to be the BJJ Fundamentals instructor at ATT
Harris Woods

Harris Woods has a professional record of 41-12-2 in Muay Thai, 19-5 in kickboxing and 3-2 in Shidokan. Highlights of his career include being titled the current WKA full rules Intercontinental Muay Thai champion at 70kg, KOTH East Coast Muay Thai Champion at 154lbs in 2009 and the Shidokan USA Triathlon Champion at 155lbs in 2006.
Chike Lindsay

Chike Lindsay is a Muay Thai kickboxer who competes in the Middleweight division. Lindsay is the former WKA North American Champion, WBC Muay Thai International Champion, and IMTO World Super Welterweight Champion. Ranked in the top 10 of Muay Thai competitors in the world, ATT is happy to announce that Chike now coaches Saturday Muay Thai classes open to all levels.
Brantley Furr
Brantley FurrKickboxing Coach
Brantley Furr is a professional mixed martial artist, holding a record of 3-2 in the flyweight division after a successful amateur career. Brantley is a purple belt in jiu jitsu under Roan Jucao and has also trained Muay Thai and wresting as the foundation of his craft. Some of the highlights of his career include winning the 135lb ISKA title and fighting for Legacy Fighting Championship.
Brantley teaches kickboxing throughout the week, implementing fight movements to assist his students in reaching their fitness goals.
Mike Galitello
Mike GalitelloKickboxing Coach
Mike Galitello has a lengthy list of accomplishments including winning the no gi World’s championship as a purple belt in 2015 and bringing home bronze in the 2013 no gi World’s. He is a 4x NAGA champion, is Combat Night featherweight champion, Primus lightweight champion and is a US grappling record for fastest submission. Mike holds a professional mma record of 0-1 following an 8-0 amateur career. He is purple belt under Roan Jucao and teaches 10AM kickboxing throughout the week.
Daniel Wilkins
Daniel WilkinsBeginner's Jiu Jitsu Coach
Daniel Wilkins is a Purple Belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu under Roan “Jucao” Carneiro. He started training in 2011, and competing in 2013. Daniel is currently sponsored by Break Point FC and Hylete, and he teaches the fundamentals class at ATT.
